    "content": "Shipping Last updated 22 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Where we deliver We deliver throughout Singapore. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled. What delivery costs Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout. Prices are in Singapore dollars. We do not currently sell a faster paid delivery option. Every order goes by the same tracked service. How long it takes Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days within Singapore. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. The outdoor shed, the garage shelving and the multi bike racks are bulky, and bulky items can take the upper end of that range. Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner than that. Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. Separate parcels For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. 15 days to change your mind Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase, for any reason. This is our own published policy rather than a legal requirement: Singapore law does not give a general right to change your mind about goods bought online, and we offer one because we would rather you ordered with confidence. To start a return, email us at theteam@spacesavershop.asia with your order number. To be eligible, the product must have been purchased from this website in the last 15 days, be in its original packaging, and come back with your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty. We refund the price you paid for the goods, back to the payment method you used, or held as credit against a future order if you would rather. Nothing we sell is made to order Everything we sell is a standard stock item. Nothing is cut, altered or built to your measurement, so the change-of-mind window above covers a bike rack or the outdoor shed exactly as it covers the storage bags and the shoe boxes. We would still rather you ordered the right thing first time. If you are not sure whether shelving fits an alcove, whether a wall rack suits your wall, or whether an organiser clears the pipe under your sink, email us at theteam@spacesavershop.asia before you order and we will work it out with you. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items This part applies to everything we sell, and nothing above affects it. Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act provides remedies where goods do not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, those remedies can include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you. We cover the cost of returning a faulty item. The 15 day change-of-mind offer is our own policy. It does not replace any remedy available under Singapore law and it does not create a claim where an item was damaged or misused after delivery. Damaged in transit If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and we cover the return postage. Photographs help us take it up with the courier, so they speed things along, but they are not a condition of your rights. Items missing or the wrong thing sent Tell us and we will fix it. If the parcel never arrives, or arrives with parts missing, or contains something you did not order, that is on us to resolve and it costs you nothing. How to return something Email theteam@spacesavershop.asia with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage in your case. Please contact us before sending anything back: items must go back to the warehouse your order shipped from, so this makes sure the return reaches the right place and is credited to your order. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number. We aim to process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. Payment providers usually take a few further business days to show the money back on your statement. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third-party retailer rather than from this website. Cancelling before dispatch Any order can be cancelled free of charge before it is dispatched. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, so if you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours, and we will tell you where yours has got to. Once an order has shipped it is handled as a return under the policy above. If something goes wrong If you are unhappy with how we have handled a return, email caseresolution@customersupport.care with your order number and a person will look at it again from the start. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, and we will refund you in full if you do not. Ordering Order processing. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours. Contacting us. You can send us a message at any time, and we reply as soon as we can, usually within one business day. Delivery times. For the full detail see our shipping page . Orders and purchase terms Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Payment and security Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We do not see or store your full card details.
